Glenn Howells lodges plans for 45-storey hexagonal tower in Leeds

Mixed-use scheme would be latest addition to growing cluster of tall buildings in the city’s west end

Glenn Howells has submitted plans to add a 45-storey hexagonal tower to an emerging cluster of tall buildings in central Leeds. 

The Wellington Square development would contain 464 build to rent apartments in the tower and more than 40,000sq m of office space in two neighbouring 14 and 15-storey blocks.
