Award recognises achievement in affordable housing design

Four projects have been shortlisted for RIBA’s 2026 Neave Brown Award, which recognises the UK’s best new affordable housing schemes.

Shortlisted projects include Mary Duggan Architects’ Lion Green Road, a 157-home scheme of five blocks in Croydon which is also in the running for this year’s Stirling Prize.
