Former Chorlton Precinct shopping centre to be replaced by 262 homes

Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios has submitted proposals for six residential blocks in south Manchester.

The 262-home Chorlton scheme has been designed for a joint venture between the landowner Greater Manchester Pension Fund and local family-run developer PJ Livesey Group.
