Scheme includes new office buildings, a central square and a pocket park

Planning permission has been granted for the first phase of Florence Square, a new 220,000 sq ft office-led development on Leeds’ South Bank, designed by DLA Architecture for Southside Leeds Ltd.

The scheme forms part of a wider regeneration within the city, adjacent to Holbeck Conservation Area and within walking distance of Leeds Station. The first phase introduces two new office buildings set around a landscaped public square and pocket park.
