Scheme to be practice’s first high-rise project in the Square Mile

David Chipperfield Architects is working on plans to demolish the former headquarters of Deutsche Bank in the City of London and replace it with a 22-storey office tower.

The scheme at 133 Houndsditch on the eastern edge of the Square Mile’s main tower cluster would be the firm’s first high-rise project in the City.
