Mixed-use masterplan to provide 400 homes

Child Graddon Lewis has been appointed to design the latest phase of Bracknell town centre’s regeneration.

The practice has been selected by Bracknell Forest council alongside developer Countryside as joint venture partner to lead the £124m scheme, which is the latest phase in the Berkshire town’s revamp.

It follows the completion of BDP’s £250m refurb of The Lexicon, an open-air retail district of shops, food outlets and a cinema.
