Whitechapel Market

Architects are being asked to design ‘visually striking’ entrance areas to the East End street market

New London Architecture (NLA) and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets are inviting tenders for new “visual focal points” at Whitechapel Market worth £200,000.

The call to tender is for “unique, bold and visually striking” designs to act as “gateways” to the famous East End of London street market.
