Allies & Morrison’s Old Kent Road towers approved

Tallest building in Devonshire Square project will be 39 storeys

A multi-tower residential scheme by Allies & Morrison on the Old Kent Road in south London has been given the green light by local planners.

The Devonshire Square project was given a resolution to grant planning at a Southwark council virtual planning meeting this month.

Landowner Barkwest has promised up to 565 homes along with 4,700sq m of employment space at a site opposite a planned Bakerloo line station.
