Historic England names developer for Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings brownfield site

Manchester-based developer Capita & Centric’s 100-home proposals designed by Peter Barber

Historic England has named a preferred developer for Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings following an “exceptional proposal”.

Capital & Centric is the preferred developer to acquire a c.3.145 (net) acre site within the grounds of the Grade I-listed factory site.
