Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios' Academy Street BTR scheme in Belfast

£15m project involves 16-storey tower

Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios has won planning for Belfast’s first “build-to-rent” project.

The £15m project will see a 16-storey tower built on Academy Street in the Cathedral Quarter.

As well as 90 flats there will be a café, communal amenity space and a concierge. The scheme is intended to appeal to professionals, small families, corporate renters and downsizers.
