Opponents, including those who argued against Garden Bridge, say 25-storey building will ruin views

A campaign is mounting to halt plans by Make for a 25-storey building to replace the ITV studios on London’s South Bank.

The Waterloo Community Development Group, which led the campaign against Thomas Heatherwick’s abandoned Garden Bridge scheme over the river Thames, is one of the opponents to the scheme, along with Historic England.
