Birmingham spreads the word on regeneration

Birmingham City Council’s design adviser Philip Singleton has established a design forum to spread the city’s regeneration lesson across the country.Singleton decided to establish the City Design Forum after a high number of enquiries from other UK cities about Birmingham’s successful inner city regeneration projects.
