Yep, Its a big one, look at it wriggle......just like Mr Scruff, this very same idea has been around before, notably in the late 1990s, when Daggenham was the focus of an international competition for the old Ford Fiesta factory....will Khan bring that back too, has a he a large 'bag of money' hidden somewhere, 'cos who else will, "its only right", that "leading global innovation" and "cultivating world changing ideas" are more than sound bites.
