I would counter that in my opinion, her work is more likely dismissed because it seems mostly devoid of an understanding of context, it's lacking in empathy with it.s users /their surroundings, the relentless monotony of material (with vain attempts at creating interest through vacuous spatial gymnastics for no apparent functional reason), a complete lifeless dystopia (made worse by appliance like surfaces/ forms and the lack of colour) and all wrapped up in an overpriced and hollow shell (especially when all the focus seems to be on very expensive custom fabrication processes) etc. etc.
