Any combination of the words "morality" and "Iraq" just don't compute for me. The new Iraqi constitution was foisted on the Iraqis by the Americans amid bitter sectarian strife, and the idea that Iraq is in any sense a democracy is just a joke. Unless you equate democracy with corruption - as seems to be the case here.
Personally I would have nothing to do with this project.
