Had more faith in the Cadogan Estate's taste than this. Its the least tasteful proposal (apart from TaylorSnells abomination). Either Nex submitted a much lower fee, or they just confused them with their technobabble bullshit. It's disgusting and dated. Pernilla Ohrstedt was most subtle and stylish without a doubt. Barring that then they should have at least gone for Carmody or Duggan.

It will struggle through planning too, hopefully. Such a let down
