Linear Park = footpath + grass... + play space + trees + birdsong + insects + storm attenuation + traffic-free cycle route + urban cooling + PM10 particle filtration + shelter + shade....

This is the stuff that makes high-density development work. A good piece of masterplanning. Hopefully implementation of the developments along the Park will ensure good levels of funding/revenue for the build and management in the long term - for free public use in perpetuity.
