Philip Watson, the justification of listing out merits shows that all these things are unfortunately irrelevant if they result in "soup kitchen architecture",meaning it gives a basic form of sustenance , bland and soulless. I would argue the main goal has been lost and all the minor accomplishments have been posed as making up for this loss.

Everyone will discover to their dismay when this tide of blandness can no longer rely on the vestiges of past inspiration and our environment is so degraded that innovation within it is impossible.
