It looks like they created a hangar and filled the spaces. There has been a load of exemplar school designs from the Dfes and I reckon this one is noisy in the main hangar space. The class rooms seem difficult to reconfigure and at break time the tables and chairs in the main space must make circulation difficult. The building being one main space with computers and equipment and changing loading levels of people must get very hot and cold as it fills and empties.

Basically the design is flawed.
