Judging from the plan there are a lot of different things happening inside this building. Why, then, is it all wrapped inside this bland, unexpressive exterior that says nothing about what's inside? I find this very weird. And there is no sense of space around the outside of it. Just a vast car park on one side, and no considered relationship with the river on the other. A horrible corporate world cut off from any urban context. I would not want to spend a single day here, never mind spend my working life here. This is not the kind of architecture we need to be doing.
