Keith, i agree with your comment about southgate, BANES had the opportunity to produce an exciting 'middle of the city' scheme and what has resulted is boring, cheap and unimaginative.

Keynsham has a new Tesco, that is all. No retailer will be interested in letting space here. The counci's members did need new offices though!
