Hadid is trying very hard to create aesthetically interesting and coherent architecture, but the lavish overspend perhaps isn't quite so good. I propose BD creates a "Bloated Budget Medal" for such heroic projects, to rival the renown "Stirling Prize" and "Carbuncle Cup".
