wow, Burns has to win it.
I think it was 'designed' in house at the local authority.

Its worth nothing that the Burns Monument website doesn't have a single photo of their new £5 million (!!!!) "state-of-the-art complex". Only interior shots!, the interior having being designed by a separate firm.
