Work is part of city’s wider waterfront redevelopment

HTA Design is working on plans to redevelop Dundee’s waterfront.

The practice is behind two city blocks which are being developed by Our Enterprise for the city council.

The buildings will include “design, make and sell” units to up-and-coming creative businesses as well as space for start-ups. The scheme will also include apartments along with space for larger commercial businesses.

Work is being carried as part of the wider development of the area triggered by the arrival of the V&A’s new museum at the waterfront site which has been designed by Japanese practice Kengo Kuma.
