Capita Symonds will be utilising a multidisciplinary BIM approach on the 21,400 sqm facility.
The building is part of a wider £139 million masterplan for the Birley Fields campus which includes 1200 student residencies and a multi-storey car park.
Work on site has begun, with development set to finish in September 2014.
