Tintagel House being updated for office space

Stanton Williams has been given planning to redevelop a former home of the Metropolitan Police on London’s Albert Embankment.

The billionaire Reuben Brothers sold the 1960s Tintagel House office block to workspace provider The Office Group two years ago for £20 million.

The 12-storey block near Vauxhall Bridge will be revamped to provide more than 10,000sq m of space with a top floor plant room being turned into office space. The site is also being given a makeover at street level with new trees and planted areas.

Work is due to finish at the end of this year.
