Six compete for Weston’s 'modern' pier

Weston Super Mare's fire ravaged pier is to be redeveloped.

Six architects including Grimshaw, Stride Treglown, Atkins and Acanthus Ferguson Mann are competing for a redevelopment of Weston Super Mare’s burnt-out Grand Pier. The project will be worth at least £10 million.
