Development includes more than 300 homes
Sheppard Robson has submitted plans to Greenwich council for a £75 million mixed-use in Woolwich.
The south-east London project is being developed by Real Estate Investment Management and includes over 300 homes along with offices and retail.
Work will also involve new public realm and involves building five new brick blocks in an area surrounded by Victorian buildings and streets.
Public space will provide access to a new arts cinema, relocated dance school as well as café, restaurant and retail facilities.
Heritage consultant on the scheme is Donald Insall Associates.
