RMJM’s £70 million University of the West of Scotland campus in Ayr has been completed.

The four-storey building, clad in ceramic granite, timber and copper, is said to be one of Scotland’s most sustainable campuses.

The 18,000sq m development includes lecture theatres, a library, performance suites, broadcasting studios, science and design laboratories, a refectory, sports hall, and students’ union.

It will accommodate 4,000 students and 270 staff when it opens in September.
