Oxford University unveils debut homes under £4bn initiative with L&G

Scheme has been designed by local firm FMJT and is aimed at postgraduates

The joint venture behind the revamp of a university science park outside Oxford on which Mace is expected to carry out the first phase of work has unveiled plans to build dozens of new homes elsewhere in the county.

Oxford University Development was set up in June 2019 by the university and Legal & General and is planning new homes for staff and students, incubator space and academic facilities under a £4bn plan.
