EPR Architects’ £300 million mixed-use scheme for the banks of the Thames, opposite the Millennium Dome, has been submitted for planning permission.The Peruvian Wharf project includes 1,500 new homes, a hotel, commercial space, leisure facilities and a new DLR station, West Silvertown.
