UKREIIF 2026: Historic England publishes prospectus of heritage buildings for residential conversion
Transformation of 20 sites could create 1,500 homes
Historic England has set out 20 historic sites across the country that have the potential to be turned into homes.
The prospectus, launched at UKREIIF in Leeds, aims to highlight how investing in heritage could help address the housing shortage.
