£100m regeneration scheme to transform The Springs with over 300 homes and new public space

Stephenson Hamilton Risley Studio has submitted plans to replace The Springs shopping centre in Buxton with a 332-home neighbourhood.

The £100m scheme, designed for Capital & Centric, will deliver townhouses and apartments for rent with a resident gym, a mini cinema and co-working space.
