The architects’ body suggests a pilot at the combined authority level could deliver value
The RIBA has called for a three-year pilot programme to fund city architect roles across combined authorities in England.
City architects are chartered architects who play a strategic role in shaping the built environment of the region they cover, guiding the architectural and urban quality of developments.
