Chapman Taylor replaced by Planit-IE

Planit-IE has replaced Chapman Taylor as masterplanner of Liverpool Waters.

A revised masterplan has been drawn up for the controversial £5.5bn project which developer Peel Holdings claims will transform the city’s waterfront.

Planning permission for the 2m sq ft development was given in 2012 for Chapman Taylor’s original masterplan. However those proposals came under fire from local groups and organisations including Unesco and English Heritage.
