Mosaic files plans for 287-unit student scheme in central Glasgow

Proposals would see existing office building demolished

Plans have been submitted to demolish a vacant office building in central Glasgow and replace it with a 287-unit student scheme.

The proposals, drawn up by Mosaic Architecture + Design on behalf of TREC Capital, would see the construction of a new 15-storey building on the corner of Waterloo Street and West Campbell Street in the city centre.
