JTP wins permission for 1,500 homes in Gravesend

Scheme approved for 5.5ha brownfield site beside Thames estuary

JTP has secured permission for a 1,500-home waterside regeneration project in Gravesend, Kent. The Albion Waterside project was approved unanimously by Gravesham council.

The Thames-front scheme on a 5.5-hectare brownfield site will deliver a mix of open-market sale, affordable, later living and build-to-rent housing for housebuilder Joseph Homes.
