Grid’s Wembley scheme

Brent council has granted reserved matters approval for Wembley Park site NW09-10, which will ultimately host nearly 400 build-to-rent and “affordable” homes.

Designed by Grid Architects, the NW09-10 site is part of Quintain’s mixed-use scheme which will eventually house the largest build-to-rent development in the UK.

NW09-10 will provide 396 build-to-rent and “affordable” homes and is the second of three Grid commissions within the Wembley Park masterplan.

The site will feature 279 private rent homes and 117 “affordable” units.

The design is next to plot NW11 which faces Olympic Way and is occupied by the newly opened Boxpark Wembley.

The latest approval follows the green light given last month to Grid’s mixed-use development at Brentford Lock.
