Green light for Pollard Thomas Edwards' Brixton scheme with 40% social rent

Development will see 288 homes bullt across four blocks

Lambeth council has approved plans for a 288-home scheme with 40% social rent in the centre of Brixton.

The local authority itself had brought forward the proposals in partnership with developer London Square.
