Cavendish & Gloucester scheme will be 35% affordable

Hillingdon Council has granted planning permission for the 433-home regeneration of an industrial estate in west London.

The Rainbow and Kirby Industrial Estate in West Drayton is a brownfield site sitting adjacent to the Grand Union Canal on the edge of Tiewsley town centre.
