Development approved despite some local opposition

Plans for a 422-home scheme in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter have been approved by the city council.

Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital first achieved consent for its St Pauls Quarter development in 2019, with approval for a 305-home scheme designed by Howells with more than 9,000 sq m of non-residential floorspace.
