Green light for 2,300-home redevelopment of GSK HQ site in west London
Howarth Tompkins, dRMM, Studio Egret West and Metropolitan Workshop secure approval for 13-acre scheme
Hounslow’s planning committee has given the green light for Hadley Property Group’s proposals for a mixed-use scheme including more than 2,300 homes in West London.
The retrofit-led scheme will see the transformation of the former GSK headquarters in Brentford and will include more than 300,000 sq ft of commercial, community and educational space.
