Regulator conducting ‘systematic review’ of guidance as building safety minister blames ’poor quality applications’ for contributing to delays

The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) is exploring “all possible options” with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) to ensure it can deal with high volumes of applications, according to the building safety minister.
