First phase would include 440 homes

Liverpool City Council has published the first image of a flagship housing scheme on the Mersey waterfront ahead of a key vote.

Next Tuesday, the council’s cabinet will consider whether to approve entering into a development agreement with Urban Splash and Igloo Regeneration to carry forward its Festival Gardens scheme.
