DLA gets go-ahead for Bermondsey scheme

Newhams Yard will deliver 86 luxury homes, an apart-hotel and new commercial space

Galliard Homes is set to build a luxury residential scheme in Bermondsey, south London, after Southwark council gave the go-ahead for the Newhams Yard development near Tower Bridge.

The housebuilder is teaming up with Acorn Property to deliver 86 apartments, a 143-residence aparthotel, retail and commercial space, a gym and a cafe, as part of a redevelopment of three existing buildings.
