Design adviser row rumbles on as Farrell takes Edinburgh job

Terry Farrell was this week appointed to design the £60 million Edinburgh International Conference Centre extension, further fuelling the row over his role as the city’s design champion.A council report last week confirmed Farrell’s appointment to the job and dismissed claims of a conflict of interest.
