Swiss Cottage scheme had previous 2016 consent which was never completed

Camden Council has approved Regal’s plans to revive a long-stalled tower scheme in north London.

Planning permission for a 24-storey scheme at 100 Avenue Road, above Swiss Cottage tube station, was previously granted in 2016.
