Plot was originally earmarked for office space but swapped for housing two years ago

Plans for 695 co-living homes at the centre of a mixed-use scheme in Elephant and Castle have been approved by Southwark council.

The proposals, developed by HUB and designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, will also include an NHS health centre, 20 three-bed homes for social rent, and ground-floor amenities across three buildings.
