AHMM’s proposals for the final phase of the 3,000-home Elephant Park regeneration scheme in south east London have been submitted for planning. 

Drawn up for developer HUB, the plans include 678 co-living homes and affordable housing, a health centre and ground floor amenity across three buildings.
