3DReid’s plans for 950 homes on Edinburgh brownfield site submitted

Scheme intended to be 35% affordable

Plans have been submitted to the City of Edinburgh Council to build more than 950 homes on the edge of the Scottish capital.

Regeneration developer Summix Capital has put forward proposals for a residential-led, mixed-use scheme at Edinburgh Gateway, the site of the former Saica packaging facility in West Edinburgh.
